Dead Space 2 who's buying?

I just couldn't get into the first one because of the camera and controls will need to give it another try.

First time I finished this game it was so difficult cuz of control- but this time turned vsync off and gameplay is so much smoother, aiming is like it meant to be.

I watched the dead space anime to the sequel today. Its like the one they did for the first deadspace, it ends just before the game begins. Looking forward to deadspace 2, shall preorder soon.

Yeah, some of the deals on offer at Steam around Christmas are fantastic - I can't believe that there were a lot of the great games under £5 and some as low as under £1!

Hopefully Dead Space 2 will be on offer on Steam around Christmas for around £10.

Really looking forward to DS2 as the first one was excellent and the sequel looks even better! although i'm torn between whether to buy the PC or console version (the 360 and PS3 versions look pretty much identical although you do get the Extraction bonus game included with the PS3 version) but the thing is try as I might PC footage is hard to find, found plenty of console footage but no PC footage, anyone seen any?

I'd personally get the PC version as that should look considerably better than the console version when maxed out and the framerate would be 60+ vs the consoles 30fps so will look and feel much smoother in motion.

Not atm, i want to see some gameplay footage as the demo hasn't really grabbed my attention.

Considering they said they weren't going to release it on PC when they announced DS2, until three months later when they finally chose to also go ahead with a PC version - I'm holding out to see if PC games forums are rife with dissapointment from a dodgy port before I buy.

There's also no PC demo, but one for both consoles.


Things don't look good.
