Decent smart TV approx 28" for kitchen - does it exist?

As the title suggested i'm looking to buy a good quality smart tv that will do Netflix and similar but it can't be bigger than 28" as it is for a kitchen (most likely wall mounted).

I've seen a half decent 22" one, but thats a bit smaller than i was hoping. Aside from that all the others seem to be missing Netflix (and also the ability to add it as an app) or have no internet capability altogether, or just have poor reviews in general.

Can anyone recommend something that fits the bill? thanks.

left to me it'd be 32" minimum, but its a present and they aren't keen on having a huge tv in the kitchen

in truth ive been looking at 32" earlier this afternoon - anything smaller just doesn't have the features. Whats a few inches between friends?

Current shortlist is a Sony and a Panasonic - i've got one of both makes myself and both are good. Can anyone recommend a 32" model that isnt too sluggish but is under £300?
