Greetings, we currently have a company image but don't have any templates or document styles defined for internal and external documents created for clients.

Im looking at defining a document standard and style set for the company, would anyone here have experience or know of where i could find examples of such a document for reference.

Regards

You can easily create a range of templates yourself in Word for all staff members to use, I'm sure a google search on Word Templates will bring up some guides.

You need revision numbers, and be able to have them accesible from more than one terminal, dates, sign offs from customers for processes etc to pass ISO9001, and to give your clients confidence that everything is being handled in a professional matter.

It's a lot of work but it's worth it in the end.

Thats one of the standards i was hoping to achieve, i was looking at document reference system earlier using a combination of VBScript and a SQL back end. Unfortunately i don't have a budget at present to employ the services of another company to do this for me.

Find all the document that people use. Then create them properly?

Indeed i have begun drawing up document templates using Office 2007 Content Controls but was looking for some examples in terms of defining document style, layout and format.
