XenServer is good for beginners and fairly easy to use with plenty of guides around.

If you're looking at Kimsufi range then you really want KS-3 as an absolute minimum for virtualization use.

Also note that you'll need to order additional IP addresses for each virtual machine (assuming that you are relatively new to this and as such NAT/port forwarding or other tricks won't be an option!). I think they are £1.75 per IP per month from Kimsufi but can't be sure, it's been a while since I used them. Unless you can get away with using IPv6 completely on the virtual machines (i.e. you have IPv6 at home)


EDIT: Just quickly Googled and it seems you can't get additional IP addresses with the Kimsufi Range - so have a look at the "SoYouStart" range instead (same company). https://www.soyoustart.com/en/essential-servers/
