Deleting all files

Ok so ive restored to the earlieswt point on the computer and it has deleted all the stuff but it still has stuff on it like the password and other things.

From your post 7, you need to do "Complete restore;overwrites the entire drive c: with a backup image to restore the computer completely."

yeah i did the complete restore which got rid of all my old files from drive c: then i manually deleted everything from the other drive d:

How can i do a check to see whether the person i'm selling it to will be able to access any of my old files?

Download CCleaner from this link

Install it and do below, that will clean all the free space. It will take a few hours to do.

OK ive done that now, is there anything else that i need to do before i can sell the laptop?
