People that have delidded a cpu do you put the metal liquid on the IHS also? Reason i ask is putting it on the die is simple and straight forward but on the IHS you don't exactly know where it goes well you kinda guess and make the same shape as the die on the IHS hoping that all of it will touch the die. Also is there such thing as to much i mean putting it on both die and ihs can it be a bit to much?
