Well its the 14th and so far i'm still waiting for my delivery of my card.

Sent a webnote to check that it was sent at 10:12 today but no reply so far.

So has anyone who ordered one got it yet??? :mad:

Same here.......bit annoyed to be honest as they are showing in stock and were all promised for despatch yesterday/delivery today! :(
 
Hi there

All cards have shipped today as ATI tied our hands and we could not risk anybody getting them before 2pm or the NDA would have been broken.

So all HIS has shipped today with just over 100 units remaining in stock.

A handful of Connect3D has shipped due to them not getting the 2nd shipment here in time and that arrives tomorrow.

Sapphire is out of stock, possibly more due next week.

If you want a card by tomorrow then change your order or order a HIS before 4pm today. :)
 
Well thats fine!!!

So why did you only change the website today. You must have known that you couldnt ship on the 13th before now.

All it needed was a message stating that on the product page, now I'm losing a days pay and STILL havent had a reply for my webnote from 10:12 today.

I stated in my webnote that if the goods hadn't been despatched I would cancel my order, and I've been trying all day to get through with no luck, and sending a webnote to cancel would be pointless.

And to top it off why didn't you let the people who ordered Connect 3D that they didnt all arrive and give the option of swapping to the HIS model.

I'm afraid from now on my custom is going somewhere else. :mad:

Can you please change my order from a Connect to a HIS as I am not available to take delivery next week!

I cannot get through on the phone!

I must have been in the first couple of orders for a connect3D 1950 and just managed to get through on the telephone for them to say I will not be getting it tomorrow !! What gives it does not appear it's strictly first order first Get :mad:
 
I dont understand how you can blame OcUK, its nothing to do with them, ATi would not allow them to be shipped yesterday as they would arrive to ppl before 2pm today, which as Gibbo said would break the NDA, so if you want to complain you want to go here www.ati.com , thats who you should be complaining to, if it wasn't for ATi you would have had your cards weeks ago when they were in stock, but as said ATi would not allow any to be shipped until today. :)

It is partially our fault as we did state we'd ship yesterday so people got today but ATI saw it and kinda kicked off. They were like you are the only UK place with stock and therefor we expect you to adhere to our rules considering we've given you over 90% of the UK's allocation.

So we can't complain as if you want an X1950 XTX you pretty much have to buy it from OcUK as ATI are looking after us all. :)

Suppose so, but it depends when ATi kicked off, if it was spotted by them weeks ago then yes, thats an oops on your part :p , but if it was say yesterday or something then would you have had the time to let everyone know who's ordered, mass Email, or a post in here, which not everyone would have seen. :)

Gibbo, A quick email to the people who ordered Connect3D Cards would have been nice !
 
Lot's of other people have stock in UK, I can understand why a company would try to set a release date to get the retailers stocked for Launch Day to save bad feeling but my Gripe was, and I have seen it here before,Getting that early preorder in does not seem to guarentee first in line for delivery.
I am not Naieve enough to think Mates and good customers have to join the Que either.. ;)

Hey believe me when I say I must spend thousands a year with O/C uk and ordered a connect card within the first half an hour they were available and I still missed out!

I don't think good customers get preferential treatment just that sometimes the initial batches are very small.
Anyway I changed my order to an HIS so all is well.....still would have been nice to have been informed or it would have turned up next week!

Well, there are still a few of us who did not cancel when the benchies got officially released then.. :)

If Overclockers do get stock tomorrow at the least they should cover the cost of a Saturday delivery, Otherwise if I wait until next week I might just aswell wait a couple of weeks and save £40 or pick one up in the States in 4 weeks and save £100...decisions
