Dell 710 h2c or Custom 680i/P35 Rig

Help-Please Dell 710 h2c or Custom 680i/P35 Rig

I have been offered a dell 710 h2c from a friend and I have also nearly finished obtaining all the component's to build a P35 rig, bear in mind the 710 hc2 is dual sli, offering to me at a really low price due to emigrating. Would you keep the 710 hc2 and buy a 680 sli instead of the p35 and use componenets from 710 hce ie 2 dual cards 8800gtx's, processor qx6700, and transfer into 680 sli custom rig and possibly sell the 710 hc2 barebone with powersupply 1k, motherboard, watercooling unit, hard drive 500gig, 2gb memory, dvdwr*2,.
Would you go for p35 or 680 sli in this situation, any advice would be of help..

All depends on the price really. If it's low enough, I'd strip out the CPU and Graphics Cards, drop some bog standard equipment to replace those parts and sell the XPS on for a pretty price tag
