I've just exchanged a 2209wa monitor under warranty because it had developed a vertical line fault.
however, the monitor that they've given me is a refurb with 2 dead pixels.
My original monitor was perfect so I don't really want a down-grade so-to-speak. If I get back in touch with dell and explain, are they just going to say "tough", or should I bend the truth and say the 'new' monitor has bright stuck pixels on*?
*bright pixels falls under their ultrasharp pixel policy.
