Dell XPS 15 oversaturating reds?

I took delivery of my new laptop today, and for the most part I'm very happy with it; handling all my processing without a problem, lovely screen resolution and lovely speakers. Unfortunately, I'm noticing that the reds on the screen are really oversaturated? Comparing to my iiyama 27" monitor (it's not perfect but it's close enough to my prints that I trust it) and my Lumia 800 it's pulling loads more reds out of images than either of them. As I was going to swap over to this machine (from my desktop) this is quite a worry, is there any way to drop the saturation of these reds without expensive software/does anyone have a colour profile for the laptop?

Thanks in advance for any help. :)

I can do that in the graphics drivers on my desktop and on my work laptop, have you had a look in the there?

Looks like this on my desktop.

Only way to do it properly is to buy a calibrator. Or ask nicely in the 'try before you buy' thread floating around in P&V, and someone might lend one to you.

Thanks for the graphics drivers suggestion, I didn't think Nvidia Control Panel had the options in but seemingly it does. I have been able to get the colours a fair bit better but not without causing a yellow/green tinge in black and white images which is a a right pain.

I'll get a few prints from it and see how far off it is/calibrate on that basis. My next round of prints is only art stuff so it's not terribly colour critical
