Dell XPS online chat / Support

1) Was Dell XPS support not previously based out of Canada- just phoned them yesterday and I was having one of those brilliant conversations with someone from India.

2) Does their online technical support chat EVER work?!?! I swear it's just a broken feature- been trying for 2 days now and not got through to anyone.

I've noticed that too on dells support. The online chat for the xps never seems to be open, its a joke quite frankly. Instead they want to punish us and make us speak to these call centres in India where you cannot understand a thing they are saying oh and you get charged. Good ole dell eh.
