Ahh, were we meant to do it on the first attempt?? I thought we agreed to do it on the last attempt!? I was just playing around the other 50 or so goes, waiting for our last attempt to begin. :p

I'm up for another run either from the Crota CP or the full thing. If we've got a Bladedancer, I'm happy to relinquish sword duties as the kneel on pillar, go invisible, jump up and get to Crota without him seeing you, works quite well. Thinking on it, it might just about be possible to do slash,slash,slam twice rather than slash,slash,slam,slam which is what I was doing. The second slam takes an age to happen. If there's enough time for the former, it'll take off a ton more damage.

Anyway, my alt is a Gunslinger so she's a bit useless as far as sneaky tactics go.

I wouldn't have even considered this until you mentioned the other day about it being as awesome weapon. I've only got 20 coins to spend this week so I'm debating whether to upgrade MIDA or not, or perhaps get P+T and dismantle my current one.

No worries midgen - shame about your comms mate - we did finish it got light of the abyss (fusion rifle), shader and emblem. Didn't realise you was an hour ahead. Enjoy your xmas mate :)

The way I figure it is: I'm more likely to use my main more often (obviously) so why not make that the most effective tool. My super (MurMur) and heavy (Hezen Vengeance) are still effective.
 
I've been using the Dead Orbit 331 attack scout...hits a little harder and has better range than VoC, but I miss the field scout perk.

Does the raid armour vary it's perks btw? The chest I have has shotgun ammo :/
 
Cheers for the crota checkpoint run earlier hixx and co. Apologies i had to switch my mic off half way through as i am full of man flu (possibly Ebola) and didn't want to sneeze/cough/phlegm down your ears.

Happy with my song of ir yut (arc machine gun).
