DFI Lanparty 250gb ut - Sata dissapearing.

Im going mental now on Nf3 lanparty 250gb keeps losing the sata drives in the bios, and now the pc is freezing randomly in windows, presumably caused by this. I have uninstalled the latest drivers and installed the ones that came on the cd, to see if this helps any.

Is there anyone with any experience of this kind, can help me out a little? it happens on all 4 sata controllers on the motherboard and with 2 drives a western digital raptor and a maxtor 250 gig.

Thanks for that mate, I have already been scouring the forums. I also noticed it says this...

In my properties.

It says it has been downgraded due to excessive errors? I never heard of this before.

Have a look at the SMART status (Speedfan will do this). Sounds like the drive is failing tbh.
