Performace between DFI LanParty UT NF4 SLI-D \ Ultra-D

Hi,

Can anyone advise on which of the above two mboards I should go for and what difference in performance "if any" are to be expected, my proposed system is: -

AMD Opteron 146 (CAB2E 0546FPMW )
G.Skill 2GB DDR HZ PC4000 (2x1GB) CAS3 Dual Channel Kit
PixelView 7800 GT (WONT EVER SLI)

Cheers for the replys, the batch code on the CPU has changed (CACJE 0546BPMW to CAB2E 0546FPMW ) but should still clock pretty well (CROSSES FINGERS).

Apart from the obvious difference (SLi / non-SLi) is there any other differences between the two?

Also while I have the right peoples attention which PSU would you guys recommend.

Decided upon the Enermax Liberty 400W, got it a bit cheaper than usual and with it having one 12cm fan it should be reasonably quite.
