DFI Lanparty UT RDX200CF-DR?

DFI Lanparty UT RDX200CF-DR, ATi RD480/SB450 Skt939 PCIe 2000FSB SATA RAID Gigabit LAN Firewire 8ch. audio ATX

^^^^ Anybody recommend this motherboard. Looks good on paper but anyone used it?

I havn't used it, but with DFI you are usually onto a winner.

Stay away from that motherboard, the asus crossfire board is a much better motherboard.

Agreed, ive got the DFi its atrocious, im getting the Asus A8R this weekend, would have got the latest Asus RD580 one, but i dont game on my PC anymore.

This boards about as stable as a 3 legged table, they should be called MFi imo, first ever DFi board ive had, and it will be the last, how everyone can say DFi boards are the dogs is beyond me.

I could tell you all the probs im having with this board, but id be here all night, trust me get the Asus it absolutely hammers this board, and aint got the USB prob or the SATA prob of this one either, as it uses the ULI Southbridge.

Yikes, my Asus A8R-MVP is about as stable as a 2 legged table.... a 3 legged table is the most stable you can get....

The A8R32-MVP may be better but I am not taking the risk.. waiting for the new Sapphire RD580ADV

I took a while to get used to my ultra-d and I was on the verge of selling it the day I got. Once i got it tweaked up and found my way round all the bios settings I have to say its the best board I have owned. I have just ordered the RDX200 CF as wanted to get a board with a better layout and I thought the crossfire version made (slightly) more sense than the SLI seen as I have an ATI card. I looked at the asus but it doesnt clock as well as the DFI which is a major factor for me in motherboard buying. There should be a DFI based on the new 580 chipset soon which will give 2 full speed PCI- E slots but i coudnt wait and the chances of me ever going crossfire is pretty slim anyway

Agreed. My SLi-DR was flakey up until I flashed with the latest BIOS. Get a DFI nForce 4 Ultra-D IMO.
