DFI SLI-D Dead?

Well I just changed the the heatsink thermal interface on the chip and had to remove the RAM and 4pin connecter and 24pin ATX cable.

Put it back together and the LEDs on the RAM dont light up and screen doesnt turn on.

Tested the RAM in another computer and the LEDS light and it works.

So how can I try reset all the motherboard.

Iv taken out the battery and PSU cable and am going to leave it until its totaly discharged.

What other things can I test to see if its working or not.

To reset the motherboard you have to do a hard reset.

I am searching on dfi-street.com for infor on how to do it.

Have a look on there.

Just got the feeling of why couldnt I just leave it be

Oh also I have all 4 LEDs lit up in the bottom left corner

so guess that means system startup, no cpu, no ram, no vga
