Nah ,it's stamped EP which means electroplated, unfortunately.
Put a bit of toothpaste on a clean cloth and get rubbing. It brings it up really nice.

its still silver, just electroplated lol, go to a jewelry shop and ask if they have a jewelry cleaning cloth, didnt know if you found out the age, but if it is old might be worth more if it is slightly tarnished

Going by the marks on it it could be over a 150 years old, though I would wonder how much actual silver there is on the plate graded at A1.

Yeah I spotted that before, matey. Only problem is that it's solid silver mines plated : /
