Digital Camera £140 or less

Can anyone recommend me a new digital camera to replace my broken Ricoh R6 please.

Like the look and spec of the panasonic lumix cameras?

Was looking at the DX500 but its now discontinued. Anyone recommend a good lumix thats a good price from an etailer?

Or consider the ixus 95, 100 or 110.

Although the 100 and 95 seem to get better reviews

i got a new lumix TZ6 off ebay for £148 with a free 4gig card
so have a look there

I had a look at the TZ6's on ebay but those arent brand new cameras they are refurbs.....
