Horror beyond human imagination!

Ventblockers Our shock picture last Friday of a Quatermass-style lifeform lurking inside a PC prompted a flurry of snaps forwarded by readers who had similarly confronted unspeakable horrors.

We gather that many of our correspondents are responding well to therapy, and could be back working in PC maintenance in five years or so. Others, sadly, are condemned to spend the rest of their days in a padded room gibbering about alien beings like that unfortunate bloke from Quatermass and the Pit who sees a hellish vision of Mars inhabited by Red Planet bouncing insect creatures.

Is the second picture a giant mushroom growing inside the PC ?????

Whatever it is, it has completely put me off wanting a Mcdonalds mcmuffin breakfast in an hour or two from now :x

And I were freaking out over my Triton 88 having dust traped in the fins, and will look for some pressurised air soon because the thing is too big to allow simply blowing the dust out.

I have no idea how to remove and clean the dust filters on my case, I'll try figure it out later, maybe just needs some brute force to pull the front filter covers off (Antec P182).

Hands up if you checked your PC after reading this thread/article? Mine's OK, the fan fins could do with a wipe though. Quite amazing since I run it with no sides on the case in a room that has a family of five traipsing through it every five minutes.

When I had a PC it would get cleaned once a week and now I own a laptop instead and that gets cleaned every other day, so I really have no idea how people could feel comfortable touching their computers in that state.

My old keyboard looked like that one, still got it somewhere, I just bought a new one rather than try and clean it. It was fetid.

My rents pc is filthy inside to be fair, a solid layer of dust on everything, not very nice to open up at all.
