Depends on what you consider as being robbed and also which ones you are after. Some of the newest ones will be 14.99-17.99. However I do know ASDA had on a special offer where they were selling some Disney DVDs for £9.

I could be way off but I'm sure I've seen HMV do 3 for £20 on Disney films.

If you look around, there are a lot available for under £10, especially with the Classic stuff (Bambi, Mary Poppins, Toy Story etc). I don't think we're allowed to mention most of the cheapest places to buy them, as I believe they're all competitors.
Most of the new ones are cheapest in supermarkets, in store, but you'd need to look around to see which is where, as they keep changing the offers.
