Display corruption IE7 Vista x64

Anybody had display corruption in Internet explorer under vista 64? Sometimes you will get a box after minimizing IE or for a split second you get a box when navigating pages. Also should I be using IE 64 bit or 32 bit, it seems all the shortcuts point to the 32 bit exe?

Its a clean install Vista 64 ultimate oem, hardware is as below

MSI P35 Platinum
4GB Ram
320GB + 200GB SATA HDDs in AHCI
16x Liteon DVD Burner SATA
6800GT (this is the only part from my old pc and never gave any problems before) PCI-E.

Any ideas?

I would not know as I never used IE7 under 64-Bit vista, but I say change to firefox or opera as they are way better browsers and you will realise how much better they are than IE7 opera especially.
