As per title? Any of them allow it to remain under warranty?

Debating what 7950 to get, some good offers on, then there's the prefitted blocks but they're not on offer.
I could hold out for the MM to shine through....help me decide :)

No. But good luck proofing it was watercooled.

One of the vendors (I think it might be XFX or one of the cheaper brands) go as far putting void stickers over the screws which tells them if the cooler has been removed. Stick to Gigabyte or MSI there normally reasonable with sort of thing.
