That's because we only seem to categorise Asian's into 3 categories: Indian, Oriental (commonly just Chinese) and miscellaneous Asians who are just labeled Asian. I suppose you also have Arabic too.
It's annoying and strange how east-asian / oriental / japanese / south korean / chinese 'chavs' are seemingly the only brand of chav that seem to have an essence of cool about them imo.
Have to agree on both counts. Even I would fall into the miscellaneous bit, even though I am not Asian but look like one.
