I'm using a razer deathadder the older version with a razer mouse mat when i'm sniping on games and scrolling the mouse the axis wont be smooth at all it's jumpy like start stop for a millisecond. When it comes to fine small movements it's not accurate. I don't know if i need to buy a new mouse or do i need to get the razar app to set it up properly..
Do i need a new gaming mouse/mat?

Sounds more like an issue with the mouse sensor to be honest, had this before and after replacing it, never had another issue.

How old is your mousemat and if its dirty have you tried washing it?
