Hiya

I finally got round to Building my https://www.overclockers.co.uk/8pac...-i7-9700k-5.1ghz-gaming-bundle-bu-016-8p.html into a case (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01N4VBHW5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) but I made a little error - in getting my drives to work, I reflashed the latest BIOS and yes, nuked the OC profile I paid for!

(Obvs, the vanilla components can e bought, for a cheaper price - the 5.1gjz OC is what I'm paying extra for!)

Do you think that the fells at OC will be able to relay the instruction to rebuild the OC profile?

@8 Pack might be able to help directly but OC staff should be able to help out since you've paid for the OC package - heads up! save bios details via USB and right them down :)

each CPU is different so might take longer for yourself unless they store each customers bios on file

Why would you need to flash a Bios to get the drives to work??? Just out of curiosity where did this reason come from??? Which drive is not supported by previous Bios??? No Bios for this board has xy or z drive compatibility listed on the change log...

^^^ two bios updates for USB issues , RTS driver and Security updates . OP could have had any of the two above or needed up to date security .
OP knowledge base could be high or low and 50% of googling will tell someone to update their bios to newest when trouble shooting .
Hopefully get a help as OP your not the first to have done this if you flip through see through some older posts .
OCUK forum is prob one of the most viewed /traffic heavy tech forums so they should be helpful and quick as they have a good reputation for customer service
