I often get errors on their webiste, can't get to their website or errors when logging in/accessing mail.

Yeah, rubbish, isn't it? Lots of 'Connection Refused..." errors when going via POP, and it's a slow, clunky webmail interface too.

They used to be quite good, back in the day.

Hope you're not paying for an email service only, when there are all sorts of lovely free webmail services available.

Well I paid for it years ago because I liked the address, but it would seem many many more users have come on board and taken advantage of the free hosting and well, things are at a crawl.

They should section off the paid customers at the very least!
