Do you know if the Pioneer KRP-600 Plasma TV can do 3d?

Hey Guys,

I was thinking about getting the Nvidia 3d vision for my new Pioneer TV KRP-600 and was wondering if you know it will work in 3d?

I thought it was more about how the image was displayed rather than the technical workings of the TV.

Nvidia do those drivers that turn the image 3D for any display, so i think it depends on the image source rather than the TV itself.

Not 100% on this though.

I think to do 3d, your screen needs to be able to do something like 120hz refresh rate, the nvidia graphics driver and glasses do the rest

my tv does 1080p at 60hz but lower resolutions can boost the input refresh rate up. I heard with the nvidia 3d vision glasses that it works with TV's and projectors that can do 85hz and up.

Agreed, but worth a search on his previous posting history if you fancy some laughs/frustration.

After doing some testing on mine last night, i can confirm this.

I also created a hypercube with my set. Was great!
