Some songs just seem really wierd when you mess around with the speed and some dont actually sound that bad, I cant get some tunes out of my head after messing with them, "high" sounds hilarious when you use ffdshow to change the output to mono :D

I reverse a lot of them to see if they sound any better, loads of Stone Roses tracks are great backwards. Some Sigur Ros songs have bits that are palindromic which is quite cool.

As to speed, not a lot I usually let the people who do crap remixes do that. :p

I remember getting a severed heads album many years ago after hearing them on the mighty John Peel show, i played it at 33rpm which turned out to be too slow but it sounded way better than the faster speed it should have been played at :D

Sometimes I play Led Zeppelins kashmir faster so that it sounds like the Jeff Buckley snippet of it from his Live at l'olympia album. Sounds like a completely different song.

A lot of EDM tracks sound great played at a higher BPM especially in clubs. You have to make sure you adjust the pitch so the track doesn't sound squeeky though (increasing a tracks speed means it's entire waveform is compressed, i.e. shorter wavelength; which is why it sounds squeeky)
