Having just subscribed to an online radio station for a year I was wondering how many other OcUK members subscribe to an online service, such as di.fm or ign.com? How much do you spend on them per month if at all?

Obviously as a family forum we have to keep this clean! ;)

Edit: Per month if possible. :)

Reckon I spend about £20 a month now on IGN/FilePlanet/di.fm.

You may have shot yourself in the foot making it stay clean.

£7 on undisclosed services.
£10 to run a webserver if that counts.

About £15 a year on webhosting and a few bits of web related shareware (newsfire) if that counts. I pay to use a certain mp3 website but I don't think I should mention it's name.

I wasn't sure anyone would want to admit to using "undisclosed" services. :p

Not to mention because it proves your a total noob at le internet when theres so much good free... ive gone too far

My web services

i involuntarily subscribed to something called OcUK... now i cant leave... some weird registration agreement apparently... but its free... well i say that... ive spent way too much money at OcUK... so its not really

I was with gamespot for 2 years, it was worth it but I could easult find the download and patches on other sites, just had too look or wait a couple of days.

For everything you pay for there is usually something around that is the same for free, and I mean legally.

Only thing I pay monthly for is newsgroup access, and even that was twisting my arm, but its well worth it if you have a good enough connection and "helpful websites".... ;)

tbh I'm a tightass when it comes to cash on the net, never stay interested in things long enough to warrant subscriptions. I use open source software etc, and dont do that much else on the net to need other stuff.

£60 a year for webhosting/domain name etc...
spend money on an mp3 downloading website about every 2 months (topping up my download ballance)...

nothing else i dont think... apart from the vast amount of money that OcUK get off me :p

Paying for undisclosed services does not mean I am a noob. :p
