What used to be a UK
honour a selling arrangement/ agreement if The seller ended this listing early because of an error in the minimum bid or reserve amount.

I am still awaiting for the purchase to arrive but it seems the seller has realised he sold me an item too cheaply. I purchased the item in good faith.

Did you use BIN or what?

If his auction had bids when he ended it, then he should have to honour it, but personally I'd always make sure before paying.

All I know is this is the message I get when I click on the item I won and paid for on a buy now:
The seller ended this listing early because of an error in the minimum bid or reserve amount I know notice he has put his prices up by 50%

If he doesn't want to sell you it then he aint going to. May seem unfair but theres nothing much you can do really.

just found this so hopefully it will answer my question as far as proceedures are concerned:
can i NOT sell something that sold too low????

hi am i breaking the rules if i don't want to sell an item that has been won??? i've just realised a pair of shoes sold at a really low price and i stupidly didn't put a reserve. i'm not being greedy i would prefer to keep my shoes than practically give them away. i know i risk getting bad feedback? confused as don't know what to do, feel bad. thanks virginuser01 beth

you should start your auction at the lowest you would be happy to receive

reserves are a waste of money buyers avoid them because they cannot see the way to go so move on to where they can see the way

yes you do have to sell

refusal means being reported as a nonperforming seller and negative feedback

Ya, if they don't want to sell there is nothing you can do. All you can do is report them being for a nonperfoming seller and they get a warning.
