Does anyone ever steal your food/drinks from the staff fridge?

No one uses the fridge but people steal mugs all the time. Stupid cleaners move them from desks to the kitchen and colleagues just pick them up and use them at will.

We had a problem with it so we decided to just collect £5 a week off everyone and buy some food that everyone could eat. Not as good as having your own but still good :)

Never had that problem. We have two fridges, one communal, the other for stuff that you don't want anyone else to touch. Everyone respects that.

There's that, then the fact that all I keep in there is some cola that I normally have finished pretty quickly, and bottles of hot sauce that nobody even wants to go near. :)

Never get that - but it's a pretty small company I work with

Could you get in trouble if you put laxative in your food and someone else ate it? =/

A) "No Boss, that wasn't my sandwich."
B) In order for someone to get into trouble, the person stealing would be found out and get into trouble as well.

Yeah I understand that they themselves would be stealing - but I wonder if they could sue you :p I can imagine it appearing in the news these days :p
