Does anyone know how good the BT business packages are?

My dads company has just signed up to a 24 month business contract with bt. He wasnt able to give me any info on it other than the price which as far as i can gather is "option 3". Will they be getting a decent service thats worth £35 a month or are there better ones out there. If so is there a cooling off period.

Business packages with BT are fine I guess, and at least there's a UK based support team as opposed to offshore so if anything goes wrong they're usually pretty sharp in getting it sorted for you.

I used to work for them and got out quick - a lot better Business ISP's out there, overpriced and just because they badge themselves BT Business - BT wholesale treat them just the same as any other ISP

For £35/month you could have gone to Zen, which would have undoubtedly been a better choice.

And been capped to 50gb. The BT Business package also includes a decent router, Openzone access and a 3G dongle, so it's a pretty decent package.
