Does anyone know how to find wordless songs?

Ok, i have always wondered how adverts get songs without words, but then i figured that its probably requested from the artist or extracted using software...

but does anyone know how to find songs without words in them, i.e. chasing cars by snow patrol, or does anyone know any good software thatll do it...

trying searching for instrumental versions rather than "wordless songs". lol

Some software can also "remove" the singing from songs. The prog i had (cant remember the name) did it, but very poorly

It's possible to do using audacity, they have a short guide on how to do it, but it only really works on tracks where the vocal track is mixed exactly in the center.

You could try finding someones midi interpretation of the song... They're not always very accurate though, try your luck...

Don't they just loop the instrumental sections?
