Does hair products make you go bald?

No they don't - your hair falls out every day - you just notice it with products as they clump it together.

I do think it depend on how your body is, It is a common thing among black people to lose plenty of hair after trying several hair products - Hence why you have certain hair products made specifically for black people in america. (some of them are finding their way here too)

Yes they do fall out everyday but one's body (depending) can react to certain chemicals and make that process even more rapid! Havent you read about ladies losing clumps of hair (almost the size of tennis balls) after using certain hair dyes?
 
My mum used to say this to me when I was young - along with 'your eyes will go square if you stare at the tv for too long'

Only if the product's burning the scalp will hair come out.

If you're worried about your own hair, just get the clippers to it.
So much easier to manage and it stops people staring at a receding hairline.

Been there done it and love it!
 
I wash my hair with a 15p bar of pure soap. I would never put hair product chemicals on my head. I have my hair short enough so there is no need for gel.

I use whatever shampoo the wife buys & VO5 gels as they're the only ones I've found that don't leave white bits in my hair.
 
hmm...well I have some dandruff so I try to use very mild shampoo...also the shampoo I use has some dandruff control.
 
Best bet if your worried, is to stop thinking of all the wives tale nonesense (hats make you go bald etc) would be to take a trip to the docter and book an appointment to see if you have MPB.

Im going to guess that maybe some peoples hair would react badly to some kind of chemicals, however the hair would grow back once you stop using that certain product.
