Does Orange upgrade fee go down every 3 months?

Currently being quoted £150 upgrade fee but would be 6 months into my contract on 9 May, anyone know if its likely to reduce? Bills are always £50-£60 p/m on a £30 monthly contract

Yes, the upgrade fee will reduce.
A couple of weeks ago online quoted £250, now it's £200.
