I currently have a markus for about 3 years now, I latch is broke so its in constant lean back mode. I am after something abit bigger and more robust. The noble looks like a great contender, however I do like leaning back with a film on and a glass of beer, this is like my living room chair if you will. does the noble epic lean further back than the markus? and if anyone has had both, what are your thoughts on comparing them?

It goes back nearly all the way so you end up horizontal.
It's more comfortable but much bigger and heavier. It is fairly high as well when sitting on it compared to the Markus and others

I own both a noble chair Epic & Ikea Markus.

The Noble chair certainly reclines much further than the Ikea Markus, as Bickaxe said it almost goes horizontal where the Ikea chair maybe reaches 45 degrees maximum.
I am actually pondering selling my EPIC due if you are interested :p
