Does the Scythe Ninja RevB fit comfortably on the Asus 650i mobo?

My Noctua fits fine. Seems to be a lot of room to spare as long as it doesn't come down low over where the NB heatsink is.

As far as I'm aware, there's a capacitor clash. Easily overcome by either cutting slightly into the Scythe's LGA775 bracket, or bending it upwards a touch. I'll try and find some photos.
