only if you have a quad core, a dual core will be fine with just 4pin

was looking at the overclocked bundle which is 4 core so i would need a new psu then

it looks like the overclocked i5 board only uses 4 pin power is that right?

the overclocked bundle as a 8 pin connector.

in my opinion overclocking with a single 4-pin eps 12v cable i wouldnt advise, overclocking would need more juice, the dearer boards have 8 pin eps connector which i would be comfortable with if i was overclocking

yes and no, I had intel boards with a wuad with 4 pin, but 8 pin gives your more stablity through
