Does this sort of contract even exist?

I'm looking for a pay monthly phone, or sim only contract that has these features.

200-300 minutes voice
Decent bandwidth allowance (~3GB+)
I don't care about text message allowances, so as little as 100 is fine for me.

Is it possible to get this sim only for between £15-£20, or with a contract phone?

You're not going to get 3GB at that price. 1GB would be doable.

You could perhaps consider the Three Internet Texter plans, which will get you 200 minutes, unlimited* internet and unlimited texts for £20/month (or £18/month if you pick an E63).

* 1GB cap, but my understanding is that you're fine as long as you keep it below 2GB.

I had a quick look for 3GB, cheapest I could find was Combi 20 (200mins, 200 texts) + Mobile Broadband Plus Booster at £28/month on T Mobile, although this would get you a free 5800 or similar.

Im with Vodafone and currently sim only contract - 600mins, unlimited txt and web access for £17.50 a month.

Or slightly different variations for a couple of quid either way.
