My cat Rico likes to eat all sorts of things that I really wouldn't expect a cat to touch.

Examples:
Popcorn - He crunches it up and comes back for more. Only salted though.
Cucumber - In small pieces he loves it.
Hula-hoops - Any flavour.

And his latest; Phileas Fogg Tortilla chips (sour cream and mexican chilli flavour)

My cat Jessicat eats sweetcorn and cauliflower - in fact she loves the stuff!

I once sat her down to a big bowl of sweetcorn.... a few hours later I realised my mistake judging by the smell from the litter tray :(

Well my dog has recently taken a liking to his left front leg...

Other than that, he loves cucumber and raw carrot. He used to chew on our garden fence as a pup, so we started to put mustard and the hottest chilli sauce we could find on it to make him stop. Turns out he liked those too! :D

Unfortunately he's got a bit of a fragile stomach, so the only 'extras' he gets are veggies or rice.

I think my dog will eat anything, but he has a chocolate problem. I once dropped a mars bar and from that day he will attempt to steal anything involving chocolate from me.

He also loves apples, normally give him my cores to munch up.

My mum's had some wierd cats, one of them loved crisps. You couldn't open a bag without him pestering you for some, Wotsits were by far his favourite.

Another time my mum and dad had had a steak dinner and as they often did they cut up the fat off the steak when they were finished and put the plate down for the cats, one of them left the steak fat and polished off the leftover salad.

Our cat has got itself addicted to whatever crack based substance it is they put in Pringles.

Max will eat pretty much anything, I can feed him cloves of garlic on their own which he plays with for a bit before eating them, he eats sheeps hooves (granted they have tripe in them to begin with), he likes cod liver oil from a spoon, will see how he copes with a pigs head on Saturday and pigs hooves during the week.

Holly is a really fussy eater.

Feeb (cat) eats:

Chicken tikka,
Pasta (all shapes, spaghetti is particularly amusing),
Cheese, mature cheddar is her fave,
Toast/marmite.

She'll also lick a dinner plate clean given half a chance, not like we don't feed her enough already!

edit - but generally "my cat's breath smells like cat food"

My cat Leo / Ken likes some very weird stuff:

-Raisins
-Cucumber
-Glace cherries
-Extremely old chicken skin (at a guess a month plus)
-Marmalade on toast (he nicked a slice from somewhere once and brought it home to eat)
-Silver necklaces (he ate on of my wife's chains once and we only found out when he was producing sparkly turds in the litter tray)
-Hairbands (see above - found it in the litter tray)
-Potato
-Pasta
-Sweetcorn
-Peas
-Crisps (any flavour except prawn cocktail)
-Cheese

He'll eat pretty much anything. The problem with this is that anything he eats that isn't part of his everyday diet of tinned cat food gives him ultra diarrhoea and he craps everywhere. Stupid animal.

My cat, Jasper, loves rich tea biscuits. Especially if they've been dunked in tea (he has no teeth so it must be easier for him to eat). He won't leave you alone once he hears the rustling of the packet.

My rats would eat anything I was eating. I woke up once to find Squeak had escaped and ate a box of Guylian chocolates! (I have no idea how but she got no ill effects from it!)

My dog loved eating anything. Even stuff he didn't like. He'd swallow it then you'd see his eyes go "eurgh" then he'd look at you again wanting more. He quite liked eating towels and he never got a bed again as he ate 2 of them (didn't leave a morsel).

Our dog, Harvey, used to love food. What it actually was did not matter to him as long as he could eat it :p

Beethoven the cat, on the other hand, only really liked crisps (apart from normal cat favourites such as tuna or milk).
