Get the dog killed, the only other option is to accept a bribe, however i think its too late for bribery?

Dog owners are responsible for their animals. AT ALL TIMES.

If you are bitten by a dog you have a legal redress against the owner, because it should be under control. If it bites you it is not under control.

If you are bitten you can claim damages from the owner (if you can find them).

It is obvious that this dog is a menace - get it killed.
