Guys help me decide, im absolutely bored ****less with my car, one of the very few upgrades i can get away with is ICE (its a Focus ST company car).
So im looking at replacing the stereo, fortunately i can fit either a Double or a single din unit (with adaptors) in the car, now i cant really decide what to go for, im looking ideally the JVC stuff, as i can get the stuff at a discount, and also i have the Dab adaptor already.
I really like the look of their double din touch screen (706 or 800 models) now these look spot on and with the 7" screen it stands out loads, and thein lies the problem, you have no removable facia, so its very nickable
Now i also like the smaller single din DVD player that they do, the avx 2 or 33 models, they also look pretty damn cool,feature packed etc etc, advantage of this sytem is that its less likely to get nicked, and i can move to another car in the future easily, where as I prob wouldnt be able to with a double din.
So what do you reckon, cost really isnt an issue, as its only a 100 quid difference between the two, both will sound similar so theres no real differnce there.Also im open to other suggestions!
