What download managers are there that I could set bandwidth restrictions on?

Say if I only wanted a download to go at 50% of my internet speed. What manager does this?

Say if I only wanted a download to go at 50% of my internet speed. What manager does this?

Internet Download Manager does this in its speed limiter, but it does it by you setting the speed to download at.

So for example if you know you have a 2 meg connection that downloads a 200kbps. You could put the speed limiter as 100kbps.

Also to add, it fully integrates with Firefox with the IDM Fiefox addon that you install.

anything freeware? $25 seems a bit steep for it
