I've registered with Sky By Broadband, donwloaded and installed the Sky software. However, after logging in I get a message saying Windows Media Player DRM requires an upgrade and provides a link to the following URL:

http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/indivsite/en/indivit.asp

However, when I click on the Upgrade button, I get the following message:

Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is located on the internet, connect. If the file is located on removable storage, insert the card.

I've also tried with ZoneAlarm shutdown and also with Firefox (above is with IE). With Firefox, the page above won't even let me click on the Upgrade button.

Anyone else had this problem, or can someone confirm if the link above works for them.

Cheers

Link works for me, using IE6 on XPsp2

Progress Status: The security components have been upgraded successfully. To play protected files, restart your digital media player. If you cannot play protected files after restarting your digital media player, restart your computer.

I'm having the same problem but when I try to upgrade I get a message saying Internet explorer needs to close and then it shuts down.

I've tried Maxthon and when I click upgrade it just shuts down the browser.

I've been trying all sorts of things to get it working since about 5pm today but still no luck.

No. I mailed Sky and they took 3 days to reply with a mail telling me I need to upgrade DRM and gave me exactly the same link so I still have the same problem. Cheers for your help Sky!!! :(

Going to mail MS Support today. I'll post any response I get.
