DPD have been superb for me. Vast improvement compared to every other delivery service I've used.

Never had an issue with DPD, probably the 2nd best service in the UK. Right behind the one I work for of course

I am personally overcome with joy when I see DPD are the courier for something I ordered.
However, my heart sinks when it's Yodel, HDNL, or worst of all, City Link - those buggers deserve a special place in hell in my opinion. I could pretty much guarantee that if City Link were my courier, my item would not arrive on day it was supposed to.

haha! a likely tale indeed, In the countless orders delivered from here by DPD i've had, i could damn near set my watch by them, never once have they been late, for more than 99% of the time, they arrive within the first 10 minutes of the 1 hour window allocated.

He just arrived, some russian guy, had to phone me, I wont **** off his incomptence any more as at least i have it now, but suffice to say he ended up passing it through the window, I live in a PBF for gods sake, its no hard.
Worries me about ordering with this lot again now.
