DPD next day delivery

Hi, not sure if this is the right section, I ordered a motherboard on Monday for next day delivery and still has not arrived? And still nothing today for tomorrow

Post in the customer service thread so you can speak directly to the staff, they don't read the open forums.

Also, next day shipping option is for when it's actually been processed, which may not be next day, though again due to various reasons unknown to us you'll need to post in the link above

I had the same with my 5950x, was suppose to be delivered yesterday, but parcel was not with DPD until late afternoon yesterday so got delivered this morning.
If you have the DPD app it will tell you the parcel status.

The shop will be over run with orders I would guess mate.

It takes OCUK about 2 days to get order sorted. Sometimes longer. The delivery is next day. But the order processing is not.
