Drilling threaded screw holes in metal

Aye, wouldn't mind, and google skills were not required :p. I work in engineering for a living!

The google skills was a joke in reference to the nitrogen bit matey :D

As mentioned it's actually very simple to make, all that is required is a four jaw chuck in the lathe ;) You grip the bar with the curved side sticking out and face it off, turn it around to opposite side and repeat until you have your cube. When making the inner cubes you start with smallest one first, clever bit... use a slot drill and cut to same depth on all sides. Little push and it will break free :) Now go make one and get a few free pints ;)

That was option 2, I went with the first one as it just seems easier to me :D. I can easily turn squares, I just can never be arsed to change the chuck over.
