Driving Test Pass Certificate.

I forgot the answer to this

, and I assume someone here will know:

Is it ok to drive on your own after you have passed your driving test and have got that wee certificate they write for you, but before you have got a new, shiny non-provisional license?

And is it sweet to take a photocopy of the certificate, and you license, and still drive while those items are away getting sorted out for your full photocard license?

Pretty sure you can drive straight after your test, everyone i know has anyway!

It can take a while for the license to come thru sometimes, so i think itd be daft to make you wait, i wouldnt anyway.

yes you can drive straight away provided you have adequate insurance of course

Correct. Half an hour after passing, I was out and about.
