Right, I've got my test on a 125 moped, I thought this would be the catogery 'P' on the Test but she has put it down for an 'A2 - Standard Bike'

Is this right and whats an 'A2'?

A2 is for 125s I think. But 'standard' suggests its geared, surely?

Not sure but its a 125 moped and for some reason it just says A2 - Standard Bike... even though my bike is a twist and go..

Sorted, for some reason the woman  put it down as an A2 - Standard bike when its only a 125cc Scooter and its been changed to an A1 -Light Bike

A1 - A light motorcycle licence (category A1) will give you full licence entitlement to ride machines up to 125 cc with a power output of up to 11 kw.

:)

I dont really see the point in the A1. Are you doing it just to get rid of the L plates? Its the same test as the A2, so just as hard apart from not using gears, but at the end of it you're no better off apart from the L plates.
