** DROP OcUK A REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT!! **

Thanks guys, keep them coming! :)

It is our own mistake as we typically never ask our customers to fill in such sites, whereas our competitors tend to ask customers to review the order/checkout process after placing an order. Kind of naughty really as that is just reviewing the companies website/checkout system, not really the company itself.

So we'd like to hear reviews from when people have actually got their goods or if something did go wrong how we handled it in recent times. :)

Will post up a review later. :)

Gibbo might it be worth having Trustpilot integrated into the site? If you really want to start driving this from a marketing, PR and customer service focal point.

E.g. Automatically email customers after say 5-7 days (allowing time for delivery and using the item) asking how there order went, can they post a review etc?

Then once the reviews build, advertise it on the website, make use of the statistics to help build Overclockers even bigger and improve customer service levels by reacting to reviews (the good and bad) just by having a presence.

Ignore me if you already had this in mind. ;)

Obviously this isn't Trustpilot but I must say that I've been nothing but well treated by OcUK. I've never been in the store or even picked up a phone as there's been no need - all my needs can be met via this forum in one way or another.

To think I was an avid Bolton fan at one point.

Keep up the good work chaps :)

Problem we have right now, we have a lot of internal task IT wise to complete, meaning the backlog for IT to do is huge, and most of these kind of things only IT can accomplish, lots to do. :)

Haha, sounds just like my work place.. Back log of IT work, partly due to them creating a lot of their own problems and being slack Bs though.. ;)

Haven't purchased anything for a while, (shame on me) but last time I did, and had an issue, I was given brilliant help and I made sure my Trustpilot review reflected that :)
